REGISTRATION: ​​​​

For
SFYS Recreational and CalNorth Competitive Teams:

  • Once team is set up in the Affinity registration system (1-3 Business days after submission of Intent to Play Form), SFYS will provide an email with registration links and assignment codes for registration of Team Manager, Coach(es) and Players.
  • CalNorth cost to play is per Player : Roster Mins & Maximums
  • All Travel Teams must additionally provide Residency Documentation for all Players :  Residency Doc Uploader

5/16 - 5/22 | Non-refundable Partial Team Fee of $150
5/23 - 5/25 | Wait List* + non-refundable $300 Full Team Fee

  • Players and Staff added from 7/5-8/7 : + $10 Late Add Fee
  • Players added from 8/8-10/15 : + $30 Late Player Add Fee

LATE FEE PAYMENT 

​​CalNorth Fall Registration is based on cost per player.

  • $70 per player : Rec Teams (2nd Grade - 8th Grade)
  • $80 per player : Comp Teams (2007 - 2008) 
  • $95 per player : Comp Teams (2005-2006)
  • $100 per player : Comp Teams (​1998 - 2004)

ALL TEAMS must submit an Intent to Play Fall 2016 Form. This must be completed by all teams, regardless of level (Rec or Comp) or intended league of play, as Registration steps vary by league of registration. Not sure if your team has submitted an Intent? Click Here.

  • NorCal cost to play is Team-based.
  • Comp Teams must additionally provide Residency Documentation for all Players : Residency Doc Uploader

  • Players who are manually entered by club or coach must have signed supporting paper documentation.

​​​US Club (NorCal) Fall Registration cost is a Team Fee.

  • $705 : Fall U11-U12 (2005-2006)
  • $780 : Fall U13-U15 (2002-2004)
  • $855 : Fall U16-U17 (2000-2001)
  • $930 : Fall U18-U19 (1998-1999)
