AFTER THE GAME

  • Report the Game Score Online. In the Comment section, describe the incident and check the "Needs Immediate Attention" box. ​

  • Complete CalNorth Form 2301 Referee Send Off Report.
    • ​Report must be filed within 24 hours.
    • File one report for each person sent off. For example, Player A and Player B are fighting. Both were sent off. Fill out a Form 2301 for Player A and a separate one for Player B.

  • Email a copy of your PDF report to info@sfyouthsoccer.com


AT THE TIME OF EJECTION

per CalNorth Official Send Off Procedure


  1. Note the infraction on your Game Card.
  2. Keep the Card of the player or coach who has been (double yellow- or red-) carded. (Return all remaining cards after the match.)

  • If a player is sent off, then the referee shall note the player's name, jersey number, Cal North identification number on the game card. (The alphanumeric Player ID number is noted on the player pass.)

  • If a team official is dismissed, then the referee shall note the team official name and registration number Cal North identification number on the game card. (The Staff ID number is noted on the coach pass.)


I had to send someone off, now what do I do?

DURING REMAINDER OF GAME

per CalNorth Disciplinary Rulings 4:05:07​​

  • Any Player ejected (sent off) from a game shall remain on the sidelines with his or her team and not leave the area without the permission of a team official. ​

  • Any Team Official ejected (sent off) from a game shall leave the vicinity of the field of play and the area in which the game is being played. In the event that a team official is ejected (sent off) and there is no other team official properly registered to that team present, the game shall be terminated.
