The Field Marshal Program is in its first piloted year, second soccer season. The pilot program provides best practices and game day logistical support to keep the environment safe, fun and games running smoothly.
The SF Youth Soccer Field Marshal is the “go to” person on-site on game days and in direct support of our youth players, parents, coaches and referees. A Field Marshal will be the soccer field complex manager, representative of and liaison for SF Youth Soccer and its teams and supporters on the pitch.
