SF Youth Soccer contracts referees who are certified by CNRA (California North Referee Administration).

Our Referee Mentors are experienced referees that can provide tips on making calls, crowd control, feedback on officiating to make things run more smoothly.

Our Junior Coach Program combines the best of soccer training, coaching strategy and community service. Available to youth age 15 and older.

Seasonally, we provide mentoring for the referees that sign up for matches that have a mentor assigned to it.

The Field Marshal Program provides best practices and game day logistical support to keep the Game Day environment safe, fun and running smoothly.

The SF Youth Soccer Field Marshal is the “go to” person on-site on game days and in direct support of our youth players, parents, coaches and referees. A Field Marshal is the soccer field complex manager, representative of and liaison for SF Youth Soccer and its teams and supporters on the pitch. Apply Now!
