SFYS VARSITY LEAGUE

LOCAL SAN FRANCISCO LEAGUE FOR HIGH SCHOOL AGE PLAYERS

We are excited to introduce the SFYS Varsity League for Fall 2020. The league is for high school age players only and will enable your teams to stay together, and play within the City. This is aimed at those players that want to still play organized league soccer without the commitment required to join a travel team. Keep fit and connected with SFYS Varsity before your proper high school winter season starts!


We are still working out the season logistics and currently are unsure of whether it will be possible to include a practice.

The season will replace our historical open pick up and be set up instead as: 

  • 9v9 format, for continued rosters from Rec, and eased roster stress on UH/travel.
  • Boys and Girls divisions.
  • Scheduled League Play
  • $70 registration.


To be very clear, this league is exclusively for Fall 2020 High School age players only - no rostered or guest players from middle school.

  • Exclusivity means teams can consist of players from 9-12th grade​ only
  • Teams will be mixed high school ages
  • No Guesting up from Rec or Upper House (too big an age gap)
