SF Youth Soccer contracts referees who are certified by CNRA (California North Referee Administration).

In addition, SFYS and our clubs host supplemental coach clinics and professional development courses (Historically CalSACCoaching Corp. New this Fall, Positive Coaching Alliance). Clinics are listed on our Events & Registration Calendar and highlighted in team correspondence.

SFYS hosts US Soccer Certification Courses multiple times per year. If training dates do not work with your schedule, other leagues host the certification courses as well.

Standings for SFYS Leagues impact seeding and playoffs in Fall and between seasons. In Spring, there are no playoffs but in SFYS Rec & CCSL Prep, season performance can be used as a basis for bracket placement in Fall.

SF Youth Soccer runs scheduling for the SFYS Recreational and competitive CCSL Prep leagues. We support teams in multiple non-SFYS leagues as well. Click through to those leagues for schedules and standings.

Players may register for ONE TEAM only.

SFYS does not place players on teams, nor do we assign coaches to teams. Team formation is done independently or within youth soccer clubs or schools.
